Integration
Training |
|||
| Integration Training is simply this. | |||
| Where the thoughts go the body will follow, if you change the thoughts you change what the body is capable of. | |||
We
often spend hour upon hour training our bodies to endure pain, increase
speed, enhance flexibility… yet all too often forget that there
is more to work on than the body itself. A true Warrior knows that his
mind and spirit are what drive his body to excel. To surpass his opponents,
overcome pain, overcome FEAR and survive. The goal is not to be without
fear or pain, those are parts of life and the greatest fighters I've
trained with are unashamed to say they experience both in abundance.
And they proudly proclaim that they've discovered the secrets to overcoming
their limitations and pushing beyond their comfort zone to achieve maximum
results. |
|||
| What we call Free Will is anything but! | |||
True freedom
of Will is hard fought and hard won. It requires facing our fears, pushing
our bodies, standing alone and staking our own claim within the world.
Free Will is being able to make decisions in consideration of others,
rather than because of them. Integration Training - or Total Entity
Training - is an essential part of this process. |
|||
| The four components of Integration Training are | |||
Mind |
Body |
Energy |
Spirit |
Every
single thing you encounter is captured within the subconscious mind.
Every single thing. It is within your power to retain techniques and
theories better than you've ever imagined. It's there for the taking.
Through the mechanisms of mental programming you can overcome the natural
reactions and hesitations we all have when facing situations. Train
your mind in conjunction with your body and plateaus and limitations
must give way to your concerted efforts.

A
thousand kicks and a thousand punches. It's been said that it takes
a thousand repetitions to ingrain a technique into your body. Yet does
it really? Well, yes. Just not a thousand physical repetitions. Science
has shown that physical patterns (body movement memories) are created
by a process called Mylenation within the brain. Mylenation is the process
of strengthening responses by the addition of myelin to the axons of
active neural networks increasing the firing speed up to 100 times.
Like a river flowing, the amount and speed of information able to pass
through is increased as the size increases. It becomes hundreds of times
easier for the nerve signals to travel along this well established 'river'
than for them to take a different route and this reflects in the way
it becomes harder to do a technique wrong even years after learning
to do it right. The interesting thing is that it's been proven that
Hypnosis and other mental techniques actually
have a positive effect on this process. In other words, the mind doesn't
really make the distinction between watching the body physically do
the movement and a movie playing inside the mind where the movement
is being repeated! |

Energy
is a fact of life. Energy is all around us, and its simply a matter
of vibration. Whether you are talking about Qi, color, electricity or
television images its the speed of the molecules that determine the
matter. Your own body energy is the same, regardless of how you choose
to look at it. From a Western perspective we are a bunch of firing synapses
and neural networks - electricity - and we give off a steady stream
of it. From an Eastern perspective everything that has ever been organic,
or has been intentionally handled, has a life force called Chi or Qi.
No matter your belief, if you remove blockages in the flow of energy
you will improve fitness and function of the body. This translates into
strength, speed, awareness, decision making and reaction time. Training
in this area is essential to maximizing your potentials. |
|||
Spirit
is more than the desire to achieve. Spirit is what makes a champion,
and the lack of it creates the other guy. Spirit has been dubbed the
"killer instinct" or "the zone" when tapped effectively,
yet it goes much further. We are all born with our own unique Spirit,
our innate ability to overcome obstacles and conquer our enemies. And
we all experience a 'dumbing down' of that ability as we wander through
life. I firmly believe and I love to prove that we all have potentials
undreamed of once we set our Spirit on a directed path of achievement.
Ask a champion how he does it and he'll tell you the same things as
the others. He'll tell you he trained hard, that he worked with and
fought the best people he could find so that he was forced to grow,
that he trained his mind to an unstoppable focus on his goal. And he'll
also tell you one additional thing. That he had the Spirit to Win. |
|||
| So let's take a quick look at those 7 keys again and see how Integration Training provides them for you. | |||
| 1. Where do you stop, and where do you start? Find your Self and you find that point. |
| 2. What do you want, and what do you believe you're supposed to have? Make it clear and believe with everything you have that you deserve it. |
| 3. What do you believe you are capable of, and what do you think you can't do? You set your limits, no one else. |
| 4. What resources do you have available, and what resources can you create? Make the most of the tools you have available and search out new ones. Always. |
| 5. What are you willing to do to achieve Success, and what are you not willing to do? Form your goal and decide on nothing less than achieving it. Often the goals we chase are not our own. Make it your own and you will find there's nothing legal or moral you aren't willing to do. |
| 6. How badly do you want it? As much as you want that next breath. |
| 7. When are you willing to achieve it? Now! Remove all roadblocks and DO IT! |
